So Far, So Good!!!
I have a 4200psi Simpson that came with the AAA pump. That pump was crap. Bought this one as the reviews were good. I have to say that everything was Pluck-n- Chuck. Easy to install. It came with the correct oil level. Always check though. My pressure washer is working beautiful, seem like more efficient and smoothly. I recommend this pump. It's built well. Great Value!

Better than the original
This thing is great I froze and broke my original that was on my Dewalt pressure washer so I bought this as a cheaper alternative and I have zero complaints worked great all summer.

Easy to install but there were some problems...
If you're handy with mechanical things, this job is doable. If doing this for someone else, be advised that removing your old pump is seriously difficult so charge appropriately. Now, here's what I found:The pump arrived fast and damage-free being packed great in form fitting foam.First problem was that the included 1 page "manual" didn't say what type oil is recommended. Because it comes with oil already installed, that won't immediately be a problem but it shows me the incompetence of the manufacturer.Second problem: Before I installed it, I wanted to adjust the unloader down to a low setting because the new pump's PSI rating is higher than my old pump. The unloader handle would not turn by hand so I put a cloth rag over the handle and used channel locks to loosen it. That worked and showed what had happened at the factory. They obviously used some kind of power tool and tightened the unloader handle over top of the master adjustment ring with the setscrew locked down. It was so tight over the adjusting ring that you couldn't even see the ring. To fix, I oiled the threads, loosened the allen screw, tightened the adjustment ring all the way down to the bottom tight, and reinstalled the handle. Works great. This pump does NOT put out the pressure that they say it does but it's good enough for me. My 13 HP engine couldn't take much more anyhow so that works out. By adjusting the unloader down too hard, you can work your engine to the point of destruction so be careful. If you have less than a 13 HP engine, use caution adjusting the unloader down too hard. At the very least it will cause the engine to kick back when trying to start it and that could hurt you when pull starting the engine.Other points: with the pump off, lightly sand the rust off of the engine shaft using 120 grit sand paper. Wipe clean then coat the shaft with 'never seize" that you can get at any local auto parts store. You only need a tiny amount. Why? When you pull your old pump off, you'll know why. It took me hours and hours to get the rusted engine shaft loose from the pump coupler. I never want to do that again. The pump comes with a key but you don't have to use it and you don't need to use the setscrew that locks down the key to the key-way - that's optional. It comes with new bolts but just use your old ones if they're in good shape. If the new pump will not pump at first, take out your tip from the wand, start your engine, then press your handle to run water through the hose and wand. When running clear, use your pressure washer's instructions to install a new/different tip because your hose/wand/tip may have been clogged.Don't run the new pump too hard right at first. It's basically a 3 cylinder car engine in reverse so break it in slowly.

Thank you Toolcy and sukie for wonderful customer service
I own my own pressure washing and softwashing business and going through pumps every once in a while is just a part of it . I typically have purchased other brands in the past but when trying to contact customer service it was a miserable experience. Recently I purchased a pump from toolcy. Used it a few times and noticed a leak coming from the sight glass. Although frustrating everyone’s human and things can happen at manufacture. I contacted toolcy and had a customer service agent named Sukie. She provided top quality customer service and replaced my pump but are overnighting it . It’s not always about the issue it’s about how you handle it . When the pump ran fine the pressure was great , the build quality was good (other than a sight glass issue ) and the value for the money is definitely unbeatable. The fit on my dewalt pressure washer was very easy to install and the functionality of the pump is straight forward. I will only be purchasing toolcy from now on and am about to order two more . I would like for them to come out with a 5gpm model.

It seems to have worked for 31 days…now np pressure
I was going to use my pressure washer for the third time today, but to my surprise, there is no pressure output from the pump. Second one i have got, first one did not operate correctly and i returned it for the same item. I will be rethinking this as AMAZON will not accept this return. Less than 10 hours of run time!I would rate this product as unsatisfactory. Sorry to be bitter, but the original pump operated for years. I am disappointed, but sadly not too surprised.

New life to an old pressure washer
It arrived ahead of time, installed easy. It produces only 3700 psi, but I put it on an engine that's over 10 years old. Plus considering I didn't own a pressure gauge until now, I have no idea if the old pump did the 4000 psi on the label. Either way, this pump is cleaning better than the old one and I am happy to have saved the money on a new unit.
