Always doubtful with items I don't understand.
Had some ear trouble and tried all sorts to sort it, well a friend put me onto this, so being me went for the most stars and reasonably priced, and took one apart to have a look then tried it, I used a damp tea towel as there is a flam over my head let it burn down to the marker and as per instructions put the remainder in a glass of water to put the flam out, well blow me down with a feather it worked I kid you not, unrolled the remainder and there was a good amount of wax and I can hear, certainly on the shopping list now. 2 person job.
