Good sturdy a little stool. Though I do not play the drums that often, it does seem a little firm, but does the job. I would not use for extended periods of time as in more than two hours, but for practice or on a budget, it will definitely work. You could always use some kind of padding or pillow on it. It’s not necessarily that hard like I say just a little firm for me anyways. Otherwise great stool!

Bought as a replacement for an electric drum set. Good quality and very durable. I needed the drum throne so the two sets of stick that came with it were just a bonus back-up. It's well constructed and pretty comfortable considering it was cheaper than most others on amazon. It exceeded my expectations.

I bought this based on the other reviews that mentioned it was fairly comfortable and better than some of the other cheaper drum thrones. So far, the other reviews have been fairly accurate. The throne seat itself is nice and well built. It is fairly comfortable for 15-30 minute drum sessions. I haven't done anything longer yet, and for reference I'm 5'11" and 175lbs. I do like the design and the price was vert competitive. My only complaint is, it is a bit wobbly at times and you do have re-tighten the bolts occasionally. However, for the price, quality, and comfort I'm very happy and would purchase again.

Good for the price, I’m a heavy dude and it supports me well. Sturdy base that doesn’t wobble. Cushioning a bit stiff but for the price I can’t complain it does work as expected

The structure of this thing does seem sturdy. For the price, I'm sure it will be a great drum throne, and Amazon delivered it over night. I ordered it after dark and It was on my porch when I woke up. So the value is hard to beat. However, the seat is described as being made of "sof, high quality faux leather." Instead, you get cheap, foul-smelling garbage with some nasty feeling fuzzy, lint-collecting polyester GI Joe doll hair texture. it will not be easily cleaned, like the description states. It will be a pain in the ass to clean. And if you spill something on it, or God forbid, sweat on it, you aren't wiping that off. That's soaking into the foam. I don't know why anybody's giving this 5 starts. GrowDaily was really onto something offering the seemingly solid structure and good design at a great price.... and then they made it all for not by providing this ghetto seat. My guess is it's going back. Oh... and the drum sticks that come with it... not sanded. These are good paint stirrers and that's about it. They are rough on the hands and they will be rough on the mesh drum heads. I don't know why they put these in the box.

Great thrown, easy assembly, and works great. Doesn’t slip on my hardwood floors or carpet. I use it on my drum set and it’s a standard size.

The sticks are lightweight but the throne is good and I can sit on it for as long as needed. Not quite the comfort of the ol roc but it'll do for the new drummers for sure!
