Review: Great printer for Royal Mail or returns labels - As someone who has used other thermal printers, I can confidently say that Nelko is a great brand for this type of equipment. ​This particular Nelko Bluetooth Thermal Label Printer has been a dream. It was straight out of the box and plug-and-play—the easiest setup I've experienced. I was printing labels quickly and with zero fuss, which is exactly what you want when handling shipments. ​The accompanying app is easy to use and intuitive, making it simple to print from my phone via Bluetooth. The speed and quality are excellent, making my whole process much quicker. ​It's a fantastic, high-speed solution for printing shipping labels. The only minor drawback is that while it comes with some sample labels, I definitely could have done with a few more to get properly started! ​Overall, this is a powerful and reliable printer that I highly recommend for any small business or frequent shipper.
Review: Perfect, does exactly what it needs to! - So easy to pair and use, I love it. Just download the Nelko app, the plug in and switch on. You then pair via Bluetooth, and feed the labels in. Close the top down. I found the easiest method to print the postage label, is to take a screenshot and crop. Then on the app, click on 'Image Printing'. This will take you straight to the photo gallery on your phone, and you just tap on the image you want to print and press 'done' ar the bottom. Then on the app, press the green 'Print' button at the bottom right of your screen. On the next screen, I've always selected 2F, and 'Pictures' under print mode. (If you're asked to select print size, it should be 6x4 (I think!) and you only do this the first time. Press the big green 'Print' button at the bottom, and that's that! Obviously this is only for black and white prints, I just use it for postage labels. But not having to worry about ink/toner etc is awesome. For the price, I think this is a fab bit of kit and have been recommending it to friends and family.

A: Yes, you can adjust the pdf and make it fit the label. Works really good and I'm very happy with the printer.

**Q: Coulld this be used in a different room to the laptop?**
A: Yes it works wireless so as long as it can detect the laptop then it should work

**Q: It keeps saying- Exception: Failed to write the characteristic , can you help please?**

So easy to pair and use, I love it. Just download the Nelko app, the plug in and switch on. You then pair via Bluetooth, and feed the labels in. Close the top down. This printer has been a huge help for our Vinted and eBay business. It’s made printing shipping labels fast and straightforward, and the wireless connection works well. Clear prints, no ink needed, and it saves a lot of time compared to using a normal printer. Setup was simple and it’s been very reliable so far.
