Well I love the question because I most likely feel the same way. All most everything in womens clothing is made in China unfortunately that happened years ago the USA and their national trade agreement! however places like QVC and some here in Amazon will tell China how they want things made. Another words added material, kinds of material things like that. This shirt did what I like it to do, What I want in tops/shirts is #1 (hide my tummy) it happens when your in your late 50s and 60s. I like loose fit (sometimes called boyfriend shirts) Tunic and or A frame tops are the best fitting for me - I'm 5'3 and 152 pounds if this helps I have skinny legs longer legs not much torso and wide shoulders. Rayon, spandex cotten blend are good materials. I hoope this helps because there's nothing more frustrating then getting your Item that does not look like it did on line the material is awful, and there's NO return label in case of returns! This to me is NOT a company you want to buy from. I beleive everything shouyld be laid out in 80 font where its coming from and their return policy. So just be careful and read if you have a question email the place that's selling it and be careful because just because China has wherehouses in the US doesn't mean it's made, or even put together here. I looked at womens clothes made in the great USA and if you want to spend 175.00 for a shirt OMG ridiculous. Hope this helps you take care
