The media could not be loaded. The scratcher is quite large both my cats fit in it just fine, my tabby is almost 11 lbs for reference. It was easy to set up tool no more than 10 minutes, all parts came inside and instructions were clear! It looks very nice in the house the cardboard is thick and very good quality. We would definitely buy it again it is worth it!

I got this for my cats for Christmas to hopefully not go through cardboard houses so often and so far they’re amazing, they use it throughout the day more than any other scratchers and there’s no damage to the house. Durability for scratchers is hard to come by so for any multi-cat houses this is a must buy.

Pretty easy to throw together. Our cat really likes it but doesn't quite understand he can scratch on the roof too. Only real complaint is the cardboard paper really does flake somewhat quickly. Having said this, better than a rug. Big improvement over a cardboard paneled 'house' we got as a gift before this. Well made, thick, indestructible.

Whenever I purchase something like that online, you're never totally sure of the scale. Turns out, it's perfect. My cat is about 10 pounds and although it took a little while for her to get used to it, she finally got in it and scratched her sharp claw. It's durable and looks great in a modern setting.

Arrived w an outside frame piece broken but it's adorable. Larger than I excepted which is good. Doesn't line up perfectly but that could be due to the broken piece. Requires assembly.

The media could not be loaded. Without a doubt the sturdiest scratch house available! Set up took about 5 minutes and the cats were scratching it before it was set up. The video is my largest cat, Lychee, who weighs about 15 pounds. She’s claimed the top of the house since it’s been set up. There’s not a minute that goes by that it’s not in rotation by one of the cats. I no longer have to buy those store bought dinky houses once a month! 100/10 recommend!!! :)

I think catscratching posts are hideous. Necessary but esthetically awful. I looked everywhere until I found this one. It looks fantastic , fits with my decor and my kitties LOVE it.

Very sturdy and well made, but you have to assemble yourself and it takes some strength to insert and tighten all the plastic screws. My cats love it!
