Inexpensive with digital optical output
I picked this item over a bunch of others because it offered an optical digital outlet in addition to the stereo rca and mini plug outlets. Sets up easily and intuitively. No issues. Works just fine.

Versatile adapter for legacy systems
The unit is very small and weighs little more than a pack of cigarettes. It paired effortlessly with my iPhone. Using the enclosed optical cable to connect to my old stereo receiver, I can now easily stream from the phoe to my quality amp and speakers. The unit also provides RCA, 3.5mm, and USB-A connections, and includes cables for each. The dynamic range is enough for my tastes and uses, but I dinged it one star because a serious audiophile might be disappointed.

Works better than Iexpected!
Bluetooth auto connects to my tv so its seamless. Controls are both on your remote receiver and the transmitter making leveling the sound easy.

Works ok when it works.
Sound quality is not great. If you’re expecting flac or lossless type quality look elsewhere. Frequently drops signal from my iPhone and my Galaxy tablet. With my experience you can listen for about an hour tops before it drops signal and reconnects with either device. Super annoying. Do not recommend.

attached this bluetooth receiver to my vintage pioneer receiver , easy hook up and plays music thru my fisher 15" speakers , works as it should however I feel the sound quality could be better. My system sounds awesome playing the radio or cd's , js
