I took these for an entire month and can say I definitely felt a difference! I'm a regular a gym user and I felt a lot more energetic and stronger in the gym. It very well may have helped in other ways too, but this is what I noticed and was important to me, so it seemed to work for me! Would recommend!

Interesting supplement with interesting ingredients really. It uses mainly 3 ingredients in this supplement which are used in Amazon for a long time. And allegedly can help with recovery, and fight fatigue. However, all ingredients here do have very limited research on the benefits they provide. Such as Yacon can help with lower sugar levels, weight control and inflammation but it has limited research data. Another ingredient such as maca can give you a boost in energy, and fight anxiety and depression. Which can be very beneficial if having a stressful job.Overall it has interesting ingredients, which should be beneficial for you. However, it has very limited research in the benefits provided. So in reality you really cant tell if will it help or not. So for what it is i think these supplements are overpriced.

I took these everyday for a month to see if there was any difference and I did notice an increase in energy and I had no bad side effects so personally they did work but how much they worked I don't know because I was taking other things as well.Easy enough to swallow No nasty taste no major side effects all in all they do what they say they are supposed to do.

Easy to take capsules, not to large, no bad taste or smell, unfortunately i didn't notice any difference at all so wouldn't get again.

Even then... all the ingredients are massively underdosed especially at this high price point... (£31.40 at the time of this review) I actually believe this money is spent on the manufacturing of the packaging and getting it individually sealed rather than on the actual supplement itself!Honestly, it might be better if you purchased a multivitamin instead at a fraction of the cost.

I ab a firm believer in the health and wellbeing benefits of taking supplements... I like the fact that this is mainly from naturally derived sources...The company after doing a little research produce a variety of quality products....Although on the expensive side... Taking two tablets only gives your a months supply... Personally if your on good overall health I think one tablet would suffice...Easy to swallow and no aftertaste....

I cannot find any information based on Yacon stabilising serotonin. Plenty of discussion on weight loss, even helping chronically low testosterone levels in men. It is certainly an interesting ingredient! Pretty much all I have found was also on the syrup, not powder.MACA is a powerful supplement, whilst hard evidence is in short supply, plenty of subjective reviews are available and they vary massively. For some, it's like a miracle cure - for women, with PMDD, menopause etc. And for men with libido. This product has become a go-to in my health regimen. The natural ingredients worked harmoniously to reduce fatigue and restore energy. They say it's inspired by Amazonian traditional medicine, and indeed it brought about an increase in vitality. However, the energy boost wasn't as significant as expected, thus the four stars. Still, a beneficial pick in my opinion.
