Okay, never thought I would write a review for a cheese slicer but after going to three stores to find a good one, not finding anything that made me happy, this slicer was awesome (yes, I said it, awesome). The adjustable wire let me cut waffer thin cheese slices, super sharp so no hang ups, clean up was a breeze. Made me feel like I had some kind of professional level too. And it came with two more wires, which will last my lifetime...family heirloom cheese slicer?

This is a solid piece of equipment. Comes with extra wires and the thickness is adjustable. Hesitated to pay $10 for a cheese slicer, but it is well worth the money. This is the last one you will ever need.

Does the trick easy to clean haven't broke a wire yet.

Easy to adjust and well made. Heavy stainless-steel handle feels substantial and comfortable. Cutting wire doesn't bend out of shape. (Bonus) Package includes three spare easy to install cutting wires. Have used the tool six or seven times already, cutting cold hard cheddar cheese and summer sausage. Works like a charm. I have owned several slicers similar to these and all failed. This company hit a home run as tool may be worth twice what I paid. ($10.00) Larger than usual roller as well. Simply feels like a real kitchen tool that might just last a few years.

I'm shocked at how well this thing is made. If you want a cheese slicer that will outlive you then this is the one lol. No joke this is solid!

Finally finally finally a cheese cutter that doesn't wimp out. It offers a way to tighten as needed, and the thicken the cut as needed. Pricy but very well worth the investment.

It’s heavy but works well.

Works on soft cheese. Thank goodness the included some replacement wires.Even though tighten the screws, the wire still moves. I think I need a slicer that is stainless steel with the blade built in. Unfortunately that type doesn't allow for changing the thickness of the cheese slice.
