First off, I have to say in all honesty that I haven't actually used this myself. However it has been highly endorsed by my 11yr old grandson and our cavalier king charles spaniel doggy. They both love it. We felt it was time for the grandson to be sleeping over on his own bed/mattress but we don't hv the room for a full size or twin bed, so we ordered this and it was perfect for our needs. Plus the grandchild can use it when he goes camping with his folks. They have a tent to sleep in, whereas we have a small motorhome. He was thrilled to get this as his own bed so to speak and he actually views it as his special domain. Very pleased, and the mattress is actually thicker and fluffier than expected. It was a good purchase.

These are awesome! I love that they fold up and have a carrying case and are not heavy. Fit my husband who is 230lbs great. Like other people said the fact that there is no cross bar behind your back is a huge plus. The pad adds just that little extra padding to make it even more comfy. The only thing I wish was different was that somehow the pad that comes with could fit in the carrying bag with the cot. It’s kind of a bummer to have to carry those separate. It would make keeping everything together a lot easier if it could all just be packed in one bag.

It unfolds and folds just fine. And it doesn't have a middle bar. You can be comfortable with just the cot and no mattress. Quality appears to be strong. The head is fixed at an angle, like a pillow height. So, you may not suffer if you forget your pillow at home. And my 6 ft husband's feet do not hang off! There's a side pocket for your glasses and phone. The carrying bag may wear out if the cot is forced in or it's thrown about. But that's not a deal breaker for me. I can always tie it closed. I like it!

This cot is very sturdy. For the most part comfortable but heavy to lug around. Good quality.

It’s strong and very comfortable. As others have noted the bed has no bars in the middle so nothing pokes your back while you sleep. The only thing is I wish it was about a foot wider I am a belly sleeper and my arms are in the edge, it’s comfortable but I would still like a little more room. I washed the fabric to get rid of the new plastic smell, it took some doing but was worth it. For those of you with multiple chemical sensitivities it’s really the best cot I have ever had it is washable and airing it out made a big difference. I would definitely recommend it for those with chemical sensitivities just wash and let dry. A brush with soap and water if you are in a hurry a hairdryer would speed up the process. Light weight and folds up and out quick and easy.
