Perfect for an AM4
Got this for my AM4 and it does what it’s supposed to and does it well. Feels solid and very well built. I personally like the slick surface. I don’t use expression pedals often and usually for a very short period, so it’s more of momentary with for me. Small footprint that blends nicely with my board. Very usable.

Works fine
It works correctly on Kemper, it's good quality, a bit small for my taste but it responds perfectly

Amazon Spec table inaccurate for Foot Captain pedal: POT Value is 25K, not 10K
Well built pedal that I purchased as a Expression Pedal for my HX Stomp XL, which requires a 10K POT value. The Foot Captain pedal spec table indicates a 10K POT value, but this was incorrect. The value of the 2 POTs in the Foot Captain pedal are 25K (each). So while the pedal did function with the HX Stomp XL, the range of travel on the pedal to adjust the volume was very narrow...going from 0 to Max volume in a short distance of travel (which is expected given the requirement for 10K POT). Unfortunate, as everything else about the pedal was very good.

Great Pedal, Just as good as Fractal pedal
So I have been on the waitlist for the Fractal EV-1 and EV-2 expression pedals. So I didn't feel like waiting anymore so I found this expression pedal. It works great and it's half the price at $70. You could get 2 for the price of 1 EV-1. I am very skeptical when it comes to gear, but since Amazon's return policy is awesome I decided to take a chance and if it was junk I was just going to return it. But it is so good I bought another one! Highly recommend this pedal!

This Pedal Far Exceeded My Expections
Great! This is the most cost-effective pedal I have ever used. This item in hand is fantastic. It's made of metal, and the matte texture on the surface feels very comfortable to touch. The size is just as they advertised, compact yet comfortable to step on. The weight is perfect, allowing it to be stable when placed and used, but also very portable. The best part is the dual output ports. I've tried it with all my devices, including Boss GT1000core effect pedals and the FM3, and they are all compatible. My previous pedals couldn't do this, so I'm extremely happy. It's worth mentioning that this pedal doesn't have a rubber coating on the surface, which is very unique. It doesn't affect normal usage at all; instead, it looks even more sleek and clean.

It's Ok. Works. Well built.
This little all metel pedal is well built and sturdy. I had to cut a piece of 3/4 inch thick wood to make a spacer to elevate it. On a crowded pedalboard, my heel and toe that hang off the front and rear of the shorty peddle was hitting other devices. Raising it up created the clearance I needed. This peddle is stiff and lacks a tension adjustment or an offset trim pot. It has maybe a 35 degree range of motion and there is a dead zone on the heel end where the value doesn't change. The only way to "fix" that is to glue a piece of rubber under the pedal were it bottoms out on the heel and adjust its thickness so the peddle stops at moving at 0. As is, the peddle keeps moving after 0 is reached. It mechanical slop, not a calibration issue.

Best Dual Expression Pedal on the market
The form factor is amazing! As of this date 2/2024, I’ve yet to find a better dual expression pedal in this size. The only other one I’ve found is the AMT EX-50 which is bit smaller and about $40 more. It seems well designed and built. Fully compatible with the Kemper stage. I am using the expression pedal to control volume and wah. The screws on the bottom should be flush so Velcro/dual lock can be applied and the corners. The sweep is very nice. The design is simple and tasteful. Good metal construction.

I bought this pedal for a Line 6 HX Stomp XL, hoping to use both the switch and the expression pedal. Sadly this is not possible out of the box, even if this version of the pedal has the standard HX Stomp on some images of the product. Basically, for the expression pedal to be correctly read from the HX Stomp, you have tu use a TRS cable, otherwise, with a TS, only a portion of the movement will be read. This makes it impossible to also connect the switch, since the HX Stomp has a single input jack for both expression and switch. Once I understood how the stomp reads the inputs and how the three connectors on this pedal works, I understood why you can't use both functions, but the documentation for this pedal is not very user friendly honestly (and neither is the one for the HX Stomp, to be fair). Beside that, once connected with a TRS cable the pedal works quite well even if the pot is a 25k and not a 10k, which is the suggested resistance for the Line 6. By the way, there are some possible hacks to make both functions working on the Stomp, not necessarily involving soldering, but as I said I'm considering an out of the box use here. I can confirm that there are weights inside the pedal, but I don't think that they put them there for a "perceived quality" reason, but maybe to add a bit of stability if you use it on the ground. You can easily remove the weights if, like me, you fix the pedal on a pedalboard. Other than that the pedal is made of metal and feels quite sturdy, the only downside is that both the sector gear and the pinion on the internal potentiometer are made of plastic, and only time will tell if they are durable enough.

I pedali di espressione (un potenziometro...) sono sempre più cari di quel che non dovrebbero essere. Questo è relativamente poco costoso; gli unici meno costosi sono quelli in plastica con un pessima azione -- robusto, preciso, piccolo.
