Would this work for a 43" Sky Glass? Trying to mount in an alcove

I’m not sure, don’t have the Sky tv should work for the size, I’ve done similar but I’m not sure about the fittings at the back of sky tv. You could always order it and if fittings not correct send it back. I sent one back because it wasn’t a long enough reach out of the alcove.

What are the dimensions of the bracket that attaches to the wall?

Cant recall exactly but the dimensions are on the item listing possibly under specifications. There is an exploded view with measurements there.

Can this be opened fully to the left or right flat to the wall?

Yes I have just brought one and to be fair I think it’s better than any I was looking at and much cheaper.

What size is the base plate that screws to the wall?

50 by 25 cms. It has to be large to support the weight.
