Babyliss Curl Secret Hair Curler

I use it every day and love it! I twist the section slightly first and clear stray hair to avoid tangling and it works so well! It's so easy and I love it!

I was very excited to receive these in the post and I have just used these for the first time and produced really great results however upon arrival the box appeared damaged and unsealed, they seem to be making an unusual continuous hissing noise during use (not the standard beeping noise) almost like they are about to go up in flames!!.... I am slightly concerned given the heavy price tag and so I will be sending these back and ordering another, hopefully without the dodgy sound effects. Slightly disappointed that I have to send them back so soon :(

This was for our 14 year old daughters 'big' Christmas present from us. As it was her gift we didn't open the box. On xmas day she opened it and to our horror it was fitted with a two pronged plug. The instructions, the guarantee and the product has come from Israel, When I checked on the Amazon website prior to purchase, it was not clearly stated that this is the country of origin. It comes across to the purchaser (us) that the warehouse is here in the UK, but in actual fact is was shipped direct from Israel. We have had to purchase an adapter (make sure it contains the correct fuse amp). As it turns out this product has cost us more than if we had purchased it in a high street store. It has caused us uncessary grief. We were disappointed, it should have been more clearly stated on the Amazon site that is is a two prong plug and we would have purchased from another supplier that catered for the British electrical system. However on a positive note the delivery albeit directly from Israel was fairly prompt. The product itself creates lovely curls. If you have purchased these with similar difficulties, u-tube have postings whereby you can watch people use this product, as I cannot understand the instructions in this foreign language. Also, if the product is faulty I cannot read the guarantee.

These are fake!!! DO NOT USE! Daughter's hair got stuck!!!

Difficult to use , cumbersome in weight and manoeuvrability, 3 hands would help when using and if your hair is thick it really is not suitable .

Great for the person who has no idea how to creat curls

This is a mixed review because it is the only curler that gives me spiral curls to my fine easily frizzed hair and the curl remains in tact for more than a day without visible frizz. I dont find it difficult to use as long as you follow the instructions (good tutorial on YouTube) BUT (and this is disappointing) if your hair gets stuck inside the barrel it really is hard to pull out and all you are thinking about is how your hair is singeing and melting!!I bought this product 3 years ago and if I thought that Babyliss had updated it to ensure a quick hair release in times of trouble, I would not hesitate to recommend this to you.

Takes a little time to perfect the curling technique but it is worth it. Does as it says very well.
