Have had these in my shoes for over a year, no creases. My Nike high tops made of suede won’t fit them however, it slides too much and becomes uncomfortable. Great for leather & plastic tops, not so much for suede or fabric

My son had to have these for his new shoes, I was first reluctant but then I got tied of watching him walk like a duck to try and keep his shoes from creasing. He says they are comfortable and you don't really notice them inside your shoes. After a couple months the shoes just creased higher up on the shoe above where the insert is located.

I don't put on a pair of Jordans without these in them. I've tried a few brands but these are the .most comfortable. The plastic is a bit more flexible than a few other brands I've tried.They all work about the same though. They simply create a crease point closer to the base of the tongue. Depending on how you walk you may not generate any significant creases - that has been my experience. My shoes all still look like new; even retros that I've had for 4 plus years.These also have recommended cutting lines(perforations) for a more custom fit. I've recently started cutting on the pinky toe side of them and now my shoes are mad comfortable. And my toes don't feel discomfort.If you plan on doing a bunch of walking, standing or athletics take don't do that with these in the shoe. They do affect the shoes ventilation and also don't offer any cushioning.If you won't be moving much and are really just wearing your coveted shoes for the aesthetic, you are good.I recommend that you insert them then leave them. You will have to remove the insoles to insert the. Some insoles have glue inset them and will adhere the insole to the stroble board. Once that happens you may damage the insole of you are frequently taking the protectors in and out. Because of that, I say just purchase a pack when you add new shoes to your collection. Buy more as needed.

I honestly do not know why I didn't return them..I guess I thought eventually I would get use to it but I didn't. They were so uncomfortable. Felt like it also made any shoes a lot tighter. I wouldn't recommend.
