All joint health products contain the same ingredients with slight differences. As I am highly intolerant of any kind of seafood (particularly shellfish) most of these formulas don’t work for me because they contain ground shellfish skeletons. This Nature Health formula does not contain shellfish, according to the label. I use the product because it helps with my knee pain - I don’t believe that anything actually rebuilds cartilage, but at least it helps with my daily pain and it is very reasonably priced compared to a similar product which claimed to be ‘vegan’ and was triple the price.

I'm not a clinical study, but I can absolutely say that I have less joint pain after using this product. I have been only using 1/3 the recommended dose (I may go to 2/3) but it is noticeably working. I recommended this to my sister and she is seeing positive results as well.
