JBLTour One M2 - Wireless Over-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones (Black), Medium

I bought the apple AirPods Max and it’s absolutely horrendous it is super heavy and it becomes uncomfortable to wear very quick and the sound quality is actually not good it isn’t tuned right and it isn’t exiting to listen to and this is where these come in completely on the opposite side they are really comfortable to wear it all day and they are tuned perfectly at the end of the day jbl knows how to tune there headphones properly to the harmen target and the noise canceling and transparency is not as good but for me that’s not too high on the priority list and they definitely get the job done, I think that I don’t have anything out of good transparency and noise canceling if the actual sound that comes out from the headphones isn’t great and the headphones irritates you from wearing them

I received these and immediately began testing the comfort & sound. Dream Theater, Metallica, Slipknot, Slash, etc and then Maynard Ferguson, Arturo Sandoval, Sean Jones, Freddie Hubbard, etc. No rap! Only real musicians! They are clear in the highs, mids and lows without sounding boomy. The bass is present without it being overpowering like other brands I’ve tested. The JBL EQ app assists with dialing in your preference. I really like that power button is an actual slide action switch unlike others that utilize a touch pad.

I received one with a flawed on/off switch, but Amazon replaced it within 48 hours. My first three hours with the replacement proved that it was worth the wait. I have tried at least a dozen earphones over the last four years and nothing matched the sound I’m getting from these. My tastes in music are very broad, which means that a lot of different sounds must come through clearly. These earphones put me right in the center of the Orchestra, at a table next to the cabaret singer and in the cathedral choir with monks singing Gregorian chant. Even things that I know were recorded with less than professional equipment sound great.

I have been a "Bose" person for many years, maybe as many as 40 or more. I started having problems with my over the ear Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones. I had the Bose for around 10 years and really liked the sound and comfort. When I started looking to replace them with a comparable Bose product I was a little put off by the sticker price. I started looking at some reviews on headphones and that's then I found the JBL Tour One M2. They were a little less but were higher rated by the review that I read. My earbuds are still Bows but my over the ear headphones are now JBL! They sound fantastic and feel great on my head for long periods of time.

Was so excited to try these headphone, but they’ve been a major disappointment. Ordered a pair last month, got them paired with my phone and working no problem. Used them one time for a couple hours, then turned them off and plugged them into the charger. The next day — nothing. Wouldn’t turn on, wouldn’t light up. No signs of life. After talking to a JBL rep, they determined the headphones were defective and had me ship them back to be swapped out with a new pair. Well the new pair just arrived, and this pair won’t even turn on! I charged right away after taking them out of the box to ensure no battery issues, and the red light lit up as expected. Two hours later, I unplug them but lo and behold the power button does nothing. Will be returning and getting a Sony pair instead.

I bought these to replace my Porsche Design KEF One Wireless headphones. The KEF’s sound great but are very uncomfortable to wear for more than 15 minutes. These JBL’s are a little warm on the ears but sound great. The App makes adjustments very easy. The fit is very comfortable and the tap controls make starting and stopping playback very easy. I was looking for headphones that were musical and these sound amazing. The ANC feature was not a priority so I can’t speak to that feature.

I got a defective unit. I have an older unit of the same model number that works great but the new one I bought created a loud and dangerous crackling sound during phone calls. I use these because the microphones are the best at capturing my voice during voice calls.
