Well worth the price, a very nice unit and extremely sturdy. The only issue we had was that it doesn't come with assembly instructions, only a diagrammatic parts list. It is not very clear at first that the shelves are "handed" -- that is, the u-shaped shelf supports (the bits that go from rim to centre) are not equidistant from each other at the rim. Rather, they are arranged in a sort of Y-shape, so that one edge of each shelf has a larger gap than the other two. Get these mixed up and the thing will not go together, no matter how hard you try (even using "brute force" as a one-star review mentions!).When you remove the shelves from the packaging, ensure they stay in the same orientation. Measure the rim sections and mark the widest gap on each shelf with a bit of masking tape to make it easier to spot while you are putting the thing together. We did ours by doing the bottom half with its 2 shelves, then the top half its 2 shelves, then putting the 2 halves together with the middle shelf. The last bit took 2 people to hold everything together while we put the screws and nuts in, and then tighten the whole unit with the allen wrench provided. Job done!

I nearly didn't buy this because of the reviews of missing parts and not fitting properly. Well, the company would do well to tape the packet of screws to a fixture so it doesn't drop out of the box, as mine did on picking it up. As for the comments about it not fitting together, well there is some basic geometry that some people obviously can't cope with. The shelves are not dissected into three equal sectors, so that the saucepans can easily be put on and off shelves through the wider sector. If you spin a shelf around until the fixings match the one below it, before actually trying to bolt in place then there will not be a problem. I didn't read the instructions because I have put nuts on the end of bolts before and have that pretty well mastered. The result - a good sturdy stand. Another bonus for me is that it had to fit under a cabinet. I had the hacksaw ready but as it came in two section I could move the little plastic feet to the top section and build it with just three selves. Perfect for on counter under cabinet fit.

The items purchased are exactly what I was looking for, unfortunately unable to use one of the sets not enough screws were sent with each item so had to make just one of the stanse's. Would appreciate you send me another complete set of the screw components so i can assemble the other setnstill in the box. Thank you.

Was great for my pots and pans great space saver shame there was one of the nuts missing for one of the shelves 😏but managed to get a longer screw to hold it in

Just what we needed to keep our pans tidy and to get valuable cupboard space. Looks good. Slightly difficult to put together to insert bases and keep poles straight.

no fitments enclosed = unable to build the rack which makes this item useless. Nowhere can I make a request to send me missing parts needed to erect rack which would otherwise be exactly what I want. There is nothing wrong with the item, I just need the rest of it! . Cannot return either since I do not have printer to print the bar coded label required in order to obtain a refund - so - I am stuck with something I want but cannot use...

Quite the disappointment.Fiddly and tricky to put together and not worth the effort.Have had to force the parts into place in order to put together.A method which seemed to be working until we (yes it took two of us?!) got to the top tier to find that no amount of brute force or negotiation was going to get the final screw in. It’s about 2inches out.Add to that none of the tiers are level.It’s likely going to find it’s way to the bin.
