Missing Bic4 pen from pack of 12
Box arrived damaged with only 11 of the 12 pens loose inside the outer packaging. I don't want to mess around sending it back, but would like the missing pen replaced. Delivery was excellent and on time.

Good Looking with Damaged Box
Pens:They look good and seem durable.I uploaded an image of one of them, they give a good impression.I update for further info since I just got the pens and I yet to use them.Box:When it arrived, the box was in slight deformation.It's possible that:-BIC didn't bother to keep the box in good condition.-Amazon Employees didn't treat the box with well care. (it was in a plastic bag)These are just my opinions than the facts so please do not say anything of this is true unless confirmed.

These are NOT metal
These are standard plastic BIC 4 colour pens. Although the advert describes that these pens are made of metal, they are 100% plastic. The silver barrel is silver plastic. Not metal.Technically speaking these are mis described but also they are very cheap and work as described so perfectly good. Just do not expect to receive a metal pen.
