I purchased this because there is not a microwave close to my desk at work. I was trying to think a way around running back and forth to the front office. This lunch box is amazing. I leave it at my desk and bring the food in a container. I also put tin foil in the container so I do not have to wash it every day, It heats the food faster than I expected. I forgot one time and only gave it 1/2 hour and the first bite was hot. I love this product.

The tray holds plenty of food, I have a good appetite and I never finish my lunch still hungry. It heats well if you give it enough time to do so. I personally plug mine in at least 30 minutes before I plan to eat. The seals are very good too. It doesn't leak and the heating process doesn't make your surroundings smell like what's inside. The tray and lid are dishwasher safe so cleaning is easy. I do recommend taking the silverware out of the lid for heating because it can become very hot to touch.

Husband works on construction sites. No access to microwave or allowed to leave for safety reasons. It takes a little while, but works very well & happy with the results!

Ended up not getting the whole thing by accident (just got the box and no bag) so I wrote the seller they kept in contact, resent the whole get up! And messaged to make sure I receive the correct items! Definitely recommend!

Be very careful on the very first use the thermo exploded! I bought this for my husband and he said that it heated up so fast he was surprised but next thi g he new ther was a snap sound and smoke stared coming out. He said it was a mess. He said it was so bad he had to throw away immediately. Know I can't return 🤦‍♀️

It heats up well quickly in less than 20 mins depending on how full it is but it leaks. There are no compartments so everything runs together so you have to be conscious of what meals you put in there. But it can store decent sized portions. The bag is pretty large if you need a lot of room. I usually don't so it's a little bulky.

My husband uses this every day when he go's to work. He works 12 hr shifts and these are so big that I can pack him his lunch and snacks. He loves it. Definitely recommend

My husband works away from home in a remote location - no access to a microwave. He was taking sandwiches every day, but got so tired of that, so I bought him a few different electric lunchboxes to rotate through. This one is by far his favourite. It reheats food rather quickly, even in Canadian winters. Easy to clean, seems to be large enough, and in general he has been more impressed with this one than several other brands. I only wish it had food trays that I could purchase separately so I didn’t have to wash it every night! Otherwise, this has been a fantastic product.

Me gusto que efectivamente calienta la comida a alta temperatura. Lo que no me incomoda pero es de notar es que entre los compartimentos si se mezcla el liquido.

Calienta los alimentos a una temperatura agradable, no hirviendo pero tampoco tibia. No sella como para llevar líquidos, es mejor transportar todo en otros contenedores y solo usarlo para calentar.
