I really liked how this shampoo and conditioner left my gray hair very soft and manageable. I’ve already received numerous compliments on the shine as well. The smell is pleasant and I think it is good value for the money.

Great products but I ordered one shampoo and one conditioner and got two conditioners. The packaging clearly says the bag contains one shampoo and one conditioner but instead has two conditioners.

So I got the shampoo but conditioner is missing!

Have used this for quite a few years now, would not use anything else,wish it was not so expensive.

Shampoo isn't as intense as I expected, or am used to. However, my hair is pearly and silvery and I love it! No strong purple smell, creamy conditioner, no purple staining or foam from shampoo. So if you already have your achieved colour goal, this is perfect subtle upkeep
