The package looked used when I received it. I had to return it for a replacement. It took three weeks to receive the product. Well it was worth it. I have very dry skin, with a build up of dead skin. My skin is sensitive it is hard for me to use scrubs because it causes wrinkles and skin roughness . After one week I saw results. My skin is smooth and it helped with some of the exfoliation. I have tried a million products over the years and nothing works like this product. I am in my early 50’s. I am impressed. I would do a commercial for this brand. I am not getting paid to say this about this product. This is a great product.

This product works. It doesn't work overnight, but in a week, you can see it. Overnight, I did notice that my skin was softer, more hydrated, and simply felt better. It isn't sticky, blends in quickly, and it doesn't really have a noticeable scent.

I don’t think I’ve used a no7 product I didn’t like. This one is more than likeable, goes on smoothly, smells good, made my skin silky smooth, felt moisturized & I noticed the appearance of less fine lines in less than a week. The price is terrific

Very good product and great price

This serum is the perfect consistency, not too thick or runny. It is also unscented which I love. The price is very reasonable. There is no skin irritation and great for small wrinkles.

I've been using it for four weeks, I have noticed some fading of sun spots, good moisture, good lift for some sagging skin on the face. It does better than Olay's neck cream but not a huge improvement on neck wrinkles yet.I have used it under my eyes for the bags, but I know it's not rated for that area. Saw no improvement there.

I have always been a Neutrogena product person but this works great and is reasonably priced. I go back and forth to NO. 7 and Neutrogena products.

No 7 products are just as good as Lancôme, Dr Pericone & others in those price ranges. This is a very nice consistency. I’ve been using it for 4 weeks and I can see the fine wrinkles between my eyes start to diminish. Those were the most bothersome but also have tiny lines under my eyes and I can see a big difference there as well.I was very scriptural but I’m happy I decided to try it out. The scent is nice and it makes my face so soft. The entire line is something to talk about.
