Triad Aer air purifier system - Combination of three innovative technologies, Photocatalytic Oxidation (PCO), Needlepoint Ionization, and Scalable Purification

Just got it recently and set it up per instructions. It seems to be working and taking the odors out of the house. I have 2 dogs that love to shed, eat and play in the water. Not necessarily in any specific order!

Our allergy symptoms were relieved by this air purifier. It works well! We like it very much! I bought another one for our daughter.

We purchased a Triad Aer 2 at a state fair in 2014. It worked great for 5 years. We travel frequently and would come home to a very musty smelling house until we purchased the Triad. It is very quiet and the ozone generation function works well enough that you'll want to heed the instructions and leave the house while running.Then the PCO light went out. We expected to have to replace the PCO cell and the only thing that surprised us was that the original one lasted as long as it did. We ordered a new PCO cell, installed it, and no change: no light and the control panel said "Replace PCO Cell." Unlike some of the 1 star reviews, we received excellent customer service. We were told that there was. a problem with the main control board and were given the option of repair or purchasing a new one at a discount. But both options are still very pricey and I would have hoped that it would have lasted longer than 5 years without another substantial investment.We are still deciding whether to repair, replace with another Triad or replace with a different model.

Bought this exact model at a home improvement show. Ours worked fantastic for 2 years and then quit working. I did some research and ordered a new plate and light. Still did not work. Must be the circuit board. Might as well buy a new one. If you do not save the original box and receipt, you are screwed. An expensive lesson.

Got one of these a few years ago. It worked great for all that time, UNTIL IT DIDNT. Then nothing from the company. They wont talk to you, they wont email you, they barely let me order parts. Now I have a $800 paperweight.Read info carefully. If you don't have original packaging and original receipt, they wont do anything for you. They wont work on it, warrantee it, or anything. Looking for another air cleaner, this one was a waste of money.

Too much $$$ to spend on something that only has a 1 year warranty. When ours started having problems, The company recommended we buy a new one at a discounted price. At the home show we purchased it at, the salesperson said they will run for 10-20 years and if there is ever a problem they will replace. Nope! I looked for reviews that would oppose his promise, but there weren’t any at the time. Happy to present my story to help you make a well informed decision. When it did work, it was awesome! Now 3 1/2 years later, it’s just a paperweight.

Spells like a rain storm every day

I purchased this product at a State Fair because I have COPD. This product did NOT work for me. Do the research before you make the purchase. After several “heated” phone calls to Traid Aer I returned mine within 3 weeks. After shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee I am out about $220.00. But that’s ok , lesson learned. Getting rid of funky smell and heavy air was worth it. I’m back with my HEPA filters and breathing a lot better.
