So far so good!, I'm a 63 year old woman and I'm 6' Tall, it took me just over an hour to put the chair together and that's stopping to chase my cat around up picking up cat puke, you have to read the instructions carefully and more than once! it was very easy I did it myself, I see a lot of complaints about the neck pillow being too low, I don't have that problem it moves! the massage pillow is kind of weak but nice! the chair is comfortable enough but I was replacing one that was over 18 years old, the frame and legs are metal, the casters are plastic but if they do break they seem to be a standard size and replaceable, all in all I like the chair and since I'm in my 60s and not too hard on things I think I'll have this chair a few years, I keep the tool they give you with it in my desk drawer so if it does start to loosen I can just tighten it back up, I aslo didn't put the plugs in the arm rests for just that reason, the arm rests are a little bit weak, I wouldn't put all of my weight on then getting up or sitting down!

This chair! Like wow! All the bell and whistles. My son went from a metal chair to this and he feels like he hit the jackpot! It has vibrating system when his lower back hurts, it has extra cushion. It looks like a million bucks with the black and white color scheme. It’s a gamers dream. All his friends that come over and see it love it. It has an extra foot rest that kicks out. It really has great support and the look is second to none. My hubby put it together within 20 minutes - he’s handy so maybe that’s why it was such easy installation. Shipping was quick, box was NOT damaged and all pieces were there. This was a HIT!

Okay so let me just say, I was NOT expecting to love this chair as much as I do. I work from home and spend a lot of time sitting, whether it’s for work or winding down with some games, and this chair has been a game-changer. The support is actually there (especially in the lower back), and the cushion is super comfy without feeling like it’s going to flatten out in a week.It was easy to put together, looks super sleek in my space, and feels sturdy, not wobbly or cheap. I’ve sat in some chairs that feel good for the first hour, but then your back is screaming by the end of the day. Not this one.If you’re debating it just go ahead. Worth every penny.

Super easy to assemble. The massage pillow was ok could be stronger n cord longer to use better USB near your chair. The seat width seemed narrow n chair arms could be wider and not real cushiony, probably will flatten down in a short time. The leg extension stool part isn't long at all n I'm only 5'2 n it seemed short extending my legs. Wouldn't recommend for anybody med.tall or wide in the hip. It's mid.

My wife absolutely loves this chair, she has back issues and the cushioning in it is perfection. The appearance of the chair is exactly what she wanted and she is able to make it look how she likes. It reclines just enough for her to sit comfortably while she does her art for work, and the price is still better than anything we've found elsewhere for the style and and sturdiness of the type of seat. She is usually at her pc all day long and the chair is absolutely her favorite space in our bedroom now.

While this chair looks, and sounds amazing, it most certainly is not amazing, or even good.I would not recommend it at all, unless it is for your kids.Details:Only correctly done thing is the reclining mechanism. This is very sturdy when locked into place, and easily adjusted when unlocked.The chair itself does seem sturdy, despite 3 of the 10 leg base bolt holes arriving stripped. (Obviously not in the same leg for the base, but rather 1 each in 3, and all the “outside” bolt in 3 side-by-side legs.) Quality control needs a big improvement here.Cushioning is almost non-existent. You can feel the board under the cushion. (Not at all supportive, and I’m not heavy. It says it’s rated for 330 pounds, I’m half of that.)But the size is the worst part, I am a small guy, only 5’6” tall, and the “foot rest” sits just below my knees when fully extended. The “head rest pillow” sits at my shoulders when on the chair.This chair seems like it was designed for someone under 5’ tall. What gives?!? Does this company consider anyone over 5’ tall as “big & tall”?!?So overall, the looks, and description from the company, are good, and the reclining mechanism is well built.But everything else about this chair is bad, and I do mean everything else.
