A fun way to be a better listener
I loved MBS' writing and presentation style, it is really engaging and keeps you working. We have all heard tired cliches about leaders having to be "better listeners". And most of us failed! MBS has distilled the crucial processes to get from the desire to be better to actually getting there. And the bonus is, I bet you will enjoying the process too.All I would ask for more of in the book is: what if the leader starts with a small number of specific goals; and sets them out before starting the learning process? I found keeping my goals small, and hence achievable in the first pass, kept me even more engaged in the process.Prateek

Foggy-fiers note on my laptop!
Absolutely loved the style as much as the content. Top advice on how not to give advice!! Just what I needed as reference on what is going wrong in a conversation and correct it to coaching standard. Already recommended it to few peer coaches while I was still reading the book...
