I didn't purchase this for it's original purpose I'm using it to scare off squirrels from my bird feeder...WORKS GREAT!!

All’s good except the horn!
The alarm is good. Was easy to set up. But the horn is such a quiet beep I can’t hear it hardly at all. I’ll keep it though because the alarm is nice and loud. Enough that if someone is trying to steal it, it would attract too much attention and the thief would possibly give up quickly. Though, I would still have a lock on it for added protection.

The media could not be loaded. It gets the job done but maybe a little too well. there seems to be volume settings but navigating the little remote has proven difficult to where i can’t figure it out. overall though incredibly loud and almost deafening. like seriously standing in front of this thing with the alarm going off makes my head throb!😂 i have noticed however that the button to activate the horn does take about a second before the sound actually plays. something to keep in mind, this is a safety device after all

Best customer service ever!
I love this device! It is exactly what I needed to protect my new e-bike.When I stop into the grocery shop, I just hit the remote button and the alarm is set.It’s very sensitive and LOUD. I won’t be having any trouble with thieves!I had a little trouble pairing the alarm and the horn, so I sent a message to the manufacturer.THE SAME DAY I received a response with clear instructions.I can’t tell you how much I appreciate customer service like that!!Five stars from me, for the actual item quality and for the support.

It will go off and God forbid you have the remote with you
The alarm is really loud which is good right ? Yes, until you try to use the honk to warn people you are coming behind them. However, when I tried to honk it activated the alarm from just trying to honk while riding my scooter. I didn’t have my alarm with me that day so the alarm went off while I was riding the scooter and you can imagine how bad I panic. Thus, I broke the actual alarm and threw it to the trash otherwise I wasn’t not gonna make it home and I needed my scooter. The alarm continued to go off s ofc I got rid of it.I think they need to fix it somehow so that the alarm doesn’t get activated when riding the scooter or else is game over if you ever forget your control
