They are easy to open and you can take the drink direct from the cylinder or pour it out if you want to mix it with fruit juice.The taste is very palatable and the quality of the ginseng is probably the highest I have had. I have found it relieves the fatigue that dogs me at present and I believe it is very helpful to strengthen the immune system and to regulate the circulation. Certainly I feel better for taking it.It is expensive. That is indisputable. I think it is also the best. The presentation fills the eye and looks very opulent. In a way, that disturbs me because the beautifully designed cylinders are single use and I dislike throwing them away when empty. It feels wasteful.
