All connectors should be this easy
Excellent product, well made and durable. The instructions leave a little to be desired, but once I read them a few times and played with the unit, it was rather simple. I'm not a cable person, so these make it VERY easy to put a connector on the cable. It has a keyed color coded loader, so it's REAL hard to make a mistake. However, if you do make a mistake you don't waste the connector. Just take it back apart and start again. Best ones I have ever used. To top off the design, they even added a top push bar to unlock the rj45 from the port.

They work great
I wish that they were a bit cheaper and that the head of it was a bit smaller but functionally these work very well. They have performed better then all of the other Cat8 termination plugs that I have tried

Very high quality, easy and quick termination.
These connectors are high quality and make termination quick and easy. However, I feel they are expensive. I justified purchasing them for my home network because I wanted good quality and a connector that was quick and easy. Luckily I didn't have a high number of terminations to complete for my home network so I could justify the added cost. I do wish they provided more/extra copper tape for the ground wire. I had to purchase additional copper tape to complete my work. If you do purchase these rj45 connectors make sure you get the Cable Matters tools that go with it.

Not the cheapest way to terminate a cable, but dang near the best.
Tried the more expensive Linkups and they made a noticeable difference in the quality of the connection between devices and computers. These connectors are identical in performance and nearly identical in build. (The linkups are a little beefier but as an end connector durability is concerned, both are overkill. Anyway, terminate these carefully and properly and you will notice a smoother and faster connection (perhaps due to less packet transfer problems or loss). A piece of advice on wiring these. I spray Caig DeoxiT gold inside the connector and on the wires to keep them oxidation free. All in all, beautiful, durable, and rock solid connects. You get what you pay for in the end.

Easily and reliably installed on Cat 7a cable
I've been installing these on Cat 7a cable. The cable I'm using has conductors that, at 0.60 mm in diameter, are somewhere between 22 AWG and 23 AWG. I've used these on 2.5 Gbps/POE+ links to wireless access points, for HDbaseT runs to TVs and to make patch cables connecting equipment to the patch panel in the network+A/V rack. These connectors are a pleasure to use. They come with a piece of copper tape to wrap the folded-back ground (I was taught to use copper tape with shielded cable but these are the first connectors I've used that actually include the tape), have a load bar that is easy to work with and can be squeezed shut with your fingers if you're strong or pliers if you're not. I think I've installed about 30 of these and have not yet had one fail to work. The only downside of these connectors I've found, beyond their price, is that they are quite large. The body and strain relief nut add about 2 inches to the length of the RJ45 connector itself (compared to less than an inch for a normal patch cable with a strain relief boot), and the connector body is a bit wider than the RJ45 so I can imagine that there might be ethernet switches where plugging several of these in side-by-side might be a tight fit. Then again, the cable I've been installing these on is itself quite thick (8.2 mm) and a bit stiff, so the size of the connector does not seem inappropriate. I've used and would prefer other connectors for smaller diameter shielded cable, but for larger stuff these seem ideal.I can recommend these connectors for larger cables.

Excellent Connector 'High Quality'
This connector makes it possible to utilize CAT 8 Ethernet Cabling between network components. It is an excellent product... Additionally, it not only allows for the least possible resistance... these connectors allow Internet Radio audio to reach the full spectrum range without clipping which shows-up in: Extreme clarity and depth at a very low volume. I would venture to say these connectors achieve audiophile quality as it applies to receiving Digital Internet Radio Signal into a D2A converter set at a 320 bit rate. Note: Quality of CAT 8 copper varies toward measurable sound qualities.
