This book is a treasure in your collections
Loved the beautiful narration that goes deep into the reader’s heart. The concepts inside the book are presented in a simple manner with real-life examples. The author advises you to maintain a journal while reading ‘Enrich Life’. At the end of each chapter, you are supposed to answer some questions and write them down in your journal. These are questions that will help to understand how well you know your inner self. When you put down your thoughts in a piece of paper, you start to get a clear vision about your thoughts. This way of approach is very impressive and useful to dig out best out of this book.‘Enrich life’ reminds you to love yourself first and then look into the world outside. When you love yourself, the world will start to respect you. Awareness, Acceptance, Action-plan, and Amelioration (improvement) are the four pillars of Enrich Life. In the end, you will discover a new You.I also loved the positive affirmations after every chapter. You are guided to repeat those affirmations to build a strong attitude within you. Whenever you feel a little low in your life, pick up this book and read it again and again. I promise you will never regret. It talks everything about self-love and also clarifies the difference between self-love and selfish love by the end.

Amazing 😁
A self improvement guide and a 20 days action filled of 20 different aspects that highlight various themes such as Self Love, Self Respect, Self pardoning, Belief, discipline, self acknowledgment and advancement.Every part rotates around "Self", that is with the person reading along with sensible stories in certain sections. Some of the questions were asked by the Author that are needed to be answered in your own diary. All through the book, you don't feel like you are simply perusing any arbitrary self improvement guide, however it seemed like an activity loaded up with movement that is actually essentially accommodating.

I find this a very appealing concept.
If we can have compassion for others, shouldn't we treat ourselves with just as much compassion, especially when we are in face of inevitable difficulties and failure? Preeti Pathak brings out the concept of enriching one's life in twenty steps. To be human is to err. So we should learn to treat ourselves kindly as we would treat others, to realize our life is connected to other human beings and to be mindful of our emotions.I find this a very appealing concept. This book is almost like a text book about how to live a more enriched and fulfilling life by being compassionate through love and sharing. I loved the many lines and tips I received. And feel deeply moved after completing this work. It's importance speaks for itself. I strongly recommend this book to anyone. It’s truly excellent. YOU will get a lot of great advice from it while enriching yourself with a more HAPPY life.

A guide to connecting to yourself and upgrading yourself.
In this age of social networks, we forget to connect to the most important person: the self. The book tells you a very simple yet often overlooked truth: that the first and biggest step to achieving anything is to have self-awareness, acceptance of your nature, looking for answers from within instead of outside. It does so in a very lucid and easy-to-understand manner. It truly lives up to its title and helps you execute the simple steps towards a more fulfilling life.

Written with clarity and depth
Sometimes in life, you come across a book that you actually need to read at a particular point in time. Enrich Life was one of those books. This is not the kind of book that you want to sit down and finish reading in one seating. Instead, this book is a journey that asks you to come along with it over a span of 20 days so that you can do the inner work and introspection necessary to look within yourself and reflect. If you're impatient like me, you can finish reading the book and come back later to do the exercises.I feel we humans go through different phases in our lives. Some where we are more externally focused, and others where we are more internally focused. I happened to be in the latter phase, so this was exactly the kind of book that I needed to read.Enrich Life will encourage you to dig deep within yourself in a compassionate way. Pathak writes in a simple way with clarity without losing the depth of the message she is trying to convey. Through her narrative, we find the familiar stories and characters that we either know or can relate to on a personal level.Unlike some other books in the spiritual genre which can be considered ‘airy fairy’, I found Pathak’s book quite grounded and rooted in real-world examples and experience. Here are some of the quotes that resonated with me:“If we do not forgive, we carry the baggage of pain for several incarnations.”“What is yours will always come back, but if it does not, then it never belonged to you.”“One never knows what is at the end of the tunnel.”It was a great read :) And I'll most likely re-read this book in the near future.
