HydraPak Velocity Hydration Reservoir (1.5L, 2L, 3L)

I need yall to realize how heavy 3L of water is. Don't buy this unless you're hiking 10+ miles or taking it on long backpacking trips with a framed pack. This is a sweet bladder though. Easy to use/fill/clean, flows great, feels durable and sits well, at least in my pack. I would not take it on a short hike, at least not fully filled. Was perfect for my trip though, I actually ran out toward the end but I had grabbed some water from a pond to filter at one point so it was alright.

Good quality 2L hydration bladder. It actually holds it's stated capacity of 2L. No strong plastic taste, light weight and easy to clean and dry.

LOVE!!! I use this is a large bladder in the back of my Solomon skin vest in addition to the two smaller front bottles. When filled correctly, the water does not slosh at all. No leaking, no issues with water flow.

I use this with my Salomon Adv skin 12. Fits well. The product is great but spring a leak near the top of the pack. The side/seam started to separate. I contacted the company and it was easy to file a warranty claim. They shipped me out a new one the next day. 4 star instead of 5 because of the leak. But great and easy service to get it replaced

Needed an internal bladder for my 8 year old's hiking pack. Was originally looking for 1 L but those are hard to find. I have this brand as my personal hiking bladder but a larger size and chamber divider. Mine has worked well over the years so I wanted to stick with the brand. We filled my son's with ~1.25 L (not the full 1.5 L) to make it lighter for him. He didn't go through the full amount on any of our weekend hikes and we could probable go to 1 L. It's so nice for him to carry his own water and to have quick access anytime he needs it without asking anyone else or stopping to get out a bottle. This brand is easy to fill and clean. There is no plastic taste from it. Will continue to buy this brand for our family and recommend it to others.

This worked great on a long-distance motorcycle trip. It was one of very few I could find that would fit into the back hydration pack pocket on my riding jacket. The hose is a good length for routing out of that packet and over my shoulder. No leaks during my use... that is, no leaks that were the fault of the bladder. I found out that sometimes getting off or on the bike I would accidently squeeze the bite valve and get dribbling. I tried to remember to lock the valve before coming to a stop. Removing the hose and re-installing worked fine; never got more then a drop or two escaping. Be aware that it has a moderately bad taste at first - as most probably do. I used some denture cleaning tablets to try to get rid of that taste. It took a while, but eventually was successful. Just don't do like I did and start this process after you leave home. Please with the bladder, and I'll keep using it.

HydaPak is always great quality. Easy to use, fill, empty, and the quick connect hose is nice too.

This might work for hiking, if you only intend on filling up 2/3, and never plan of filling it up prior to immediately putting it in your pack and staying your adventure. Maybe. I found the slide-to-seal a little suspicious from the start, but figured I'd give this one a try. Usually when I'm using a bladder, I'll fill it up the night before, and leave it in the refrigerator overnight, so it's ready to to in the morning. This one leaked. I figured it was because the seal wasn't designed to be on its side. But it continued to leak when I started running until I drank about 0.5 L. I'm not talking about a massive leak, but it's enough to be annoying and make me pack damp. And enough to make sure I don't put anything that can't get wet in a different section of the vest. This hard plastic on the slider also rubbed my back through my vest. If I wore a T shirt it was just annoying. But if I wore a tank top / singlet it wore my back raw. I typically only use hydration vests for ~10+ mile runs, road and trail. Before this I had a super cheap one that came with as cleaning kit and it worked way better. Very disappointing.

Perfect size and great material. Fits my Gregory packsack. No smell.

安定のハイドロパックです。 これ以外考えられないくらいいいですよ。 投入口も広く入れやすいし、手入れも抜群にしやすい。

Just replacing an old discoloured hydration bag. This one is great!!

Very good and easy to clean
