Although my child has great fun using this as a top hat I must admit it reminds me of a pilgrims hat

Did not fit the description for a child's hat and labels contradicted each other
Did not. Description on website showed a young child wearing the hat. In fact it is adult size - even too big for me. 2 labels contradicted each other. 1 stating child top hat - other stating not suitable for under 14 years of age. Even the wand had a label stating not suitable for under 14 years of age
