Works Great, Highly Recommended
After multiple uses of these on my 70 lb senior Pit's paws and joints, I can verify they PERFORM excellent! Ready made bandages with velcro, gentle texture, parent and pet friendly. I was sooo happy someone had created these when I searched for them.If your pet's paw and leg healing will take several weeks or months, you would seriously appreciate this product. And I can hand wash the bandages or use gentle cycle on washer machine with NO TEARING, NO breakdown of the bandages!!! DURABLE YES, THIN enough for wound to breathe YES, the size and FIT was ON POINT.*** PET parents, put dogsocks on your pet's paws to keep any bandages on for several hours if your pet will be walking around in or outside. If your pet will have limited movement like at bedtime, no socks needed.Saved me time and money buying gauze rolls and tape every other week. Forever 🙏 GRATEFUL.

Very Expensive and Tear Easily
These Medimitt paw bandages are way too expensive, especially since they tear easily when putting them on and you have to work to get them turned right side in to wear. They come inside out and you can rip them trying to turn them right side in to put them on. Once on, they fasten well and the fastener is flexible to get a secure fit to the paw. Unfortunately, the business that sells these thinks they are made of gold and are priced accordingly. If you absolutely need these due to a recent surgery, growth that oozes or any situation that would otherwise leave your floor a mess, then these are good for curbing that. I have ordered these twice now and will try another brand that is much less expensive and see if they work sufficiently before I purchase these again.

Actually worked pretty good. Wish they were cheaper.
I used these (Med size) on my Aussie's back foot after she lost a nail and exposed the quick. They work pretty good for indoor use and even for a brief trip out to go to the bathroom. They're a bit tricky to use (turning right-side out) but just go slow and they're ok. Once I got it on her paw, (rotating as I pulled it on) I reinforced it with some paper/gauze tape and that made it a bit more form-fitting and helped it from coming loose. I wasn't able to find anything on the market like these, so it's better than the "baby sock and gauze" that I was using beforehand. The biggest drawback is the cost, but it's obviously cheaper than her paw getting infected and than having to deal with that. Hope I don't have too, but if needed I would buy them again.

Exactly what we needed!
I am lucky enough to have a dog that doesn't chew on bandages so keep that in mind as I review. They go on relatively easy after the contortion act that is turning them right side right. My 60 lb dog had sliced one of its paw pads and I needed it the area to stay clean while it closed up and these did exactly that.If I was lucky one would last the day and I would change it at bedtime as well of course as applying ointment and checking on it throughout the first few days. If I wasn't lucky she would get it caught on something yanking it off or I would accidentally forget to switch it out with a rubber glove when going outside to potty. They definitely aren't weatherproof so plan to cover or remove when going outside. If the owners or creators read this, thank you thank you so much. We were having a heck of a time with gauze and Ace wraps coming loose and desperately needed this wound to heal in time to make it to the animal charity we work ats biggest fundraiser of the year. I'm not sure it would have been healed properly in time for us to go on the road for 6 days leaving our dogs with a dog sitter if not for this product. Seriously, thank you.

Easier than Coban/gauze but still gets destroyed
Love the concept but doesn’t withstand reality. My 70 lb lab wears a size large but that size is extremely hard to find. Purchased XL but had to return it because it’s way too big. Don’t understand why the manufacturer makes the customer turn the mitts inside out before application other than they don’t want to be responsible for the mitts tearing during that process which frequently happens especially with the smaller sizes. Much more convenient than wrapping a paw with gauze and Coban while being much more breathable and easier for the dog to walk if the size is correct. My dog still managed to chew her way out of these from the sides while the adhesive strip stays intact. Does not last and can’t reuse day after day. Not made for outside. Gets dirty and wet/damp depending upon the weather so either you need a protective wrap or you remove and reapply. Too expensive. Thought 12 would last me 12 days but boy was I wrong cause they either rip when you attempt to turn them inside out or the dog chews them off the paw if you don’t use a cone. Reminds me of the material used in packaging breakable fragile items.

Great Alternative to Dreaded Cone
These paw booties are a great alternative to homemade solutions (modified small socks) or the dreaded cone around the poor dog’s head. The vet said he couldn’t lick his wound and recommended the cone. The modified sock didn’t let the wound “breathe” and heal. These booties are breathable and the XL size fit my Golden’s paw perfectly. The only thing I found puzzling was that the packs are shipped with information that states they are inside out and you must turn them right side in so they fit properly. Turning them to the proper side in wasn’t a big deal but it takes a little effort to “open” the booty completely. Great product at a reasonable price.

Check fold around leg before tightening & Tighten well
IT STAYS ON as long as you wrap it right and tight and make sure to rub around after so it sticks well. I’ve wasted a couple on the first day because I didn’t know how tight and how to wrap around foot leg area, probably didn’t check the fold before I tightened.PROTECTS AND VENTILATED / Not for outside- they sell seperate wraps to cover these booties seperately. I can’t rate the wraps because he does not need to go outside.Just so you know It’s inside out may help if you have small fingers or someone with small fingers to help you flip it.Only cons for me is that it’s a bit expensive, only wish they could make it alittle more affordable, as I change it up to 2 times a day to keep his wound clean and to check on his wound
