Purchased two 24 oz bottles, 1 as gift and 1 for self. Issue with gift because of carbonated beverages. Customer service rep responded immediately and resolved the problem. She followed thru with the solution by mailing item directly to recipient.Bottles are exactly as described. They keep cold beverages, including ice for hours, no leakage, attractive bottles and are easy to drink from. Very good product and employees well-trained to help. Obviously, Goppus cares about their customers!

No leaks, holds the perfect amount of water, keeps ice frozen overnight and beyond. The silicone mouth piece is perfect for drinking while moving, and the attached strap is way more useful than I thought it would be.I was worried the 24 oz wouldn't hold enough water but it turns out I was filling my 40oz tumbler way less often than I thought I was.I've gone through like several different water bottles of all shapes and sizes, Brita and Simple Modern and Owala and Cool Gear, and this one takes the cake as the best. I will be re buying if I ever need to, it's so reasonably priced.

I was a bit skeptical about having a strap to carry the water bottle rather than a handle, but the strap makes the bottle easier to carry when my hands are full and if I make a mocktail, I can swing it by the strap to mix the flavor. The insulation does not keep the drink cold as long as I had hoped, but that is the only thing that brings this product down to 4 stars.

This thing is Def a must have its tough good quality an keeps things nicely cold or hot ....not breaking down or anything visual even after almost a full year of being dropped smacked round traveling or in an out the freezer....as a gift it's been great everyday item....just remember if you use it everyday WASH IT Religiously lol so you don't get mold build up any where

It’s a nice size, easy to carry around and the pop up lid is easy to use and keeps the straw from getting dirty. Doesn’t leak. The strap is a great addition. My only complaint is that it doesn’t stay cold for more than a few hours. It isn’t well insulated, within an hour or so the outside is noticeably cool. Ice melts within a couple hours, and the water doesn’t stay cold. It won’t stay cold all day or overnight.

For the price it’s really good. Keeps my water cold for about 6-8h.
