Good price, fast delivery, good sized 'chips' (not logs or dust).I have used before and have a wonderful 'oak' flavour (no great surprise there, I suppose)

I'm very disappointed in the size of these packs. As you can see from the attached photographs they contain only 250-or-so grams. I got more than 3 times this amount when I bought chips from a major BBQ manufacturer for only £1 more. Whilst I appreciate the economies of scale - and maybe these are designed to be "testers" for the 10l bag - but I wouldn't trust them to deliver on the larger size.

Good value for money, left an amazing smell while cooking and left even better taste. Got quite a lot for the price

Well the picture looked great. Didn't realise it was a flat pack wood chunk set where you need to build your own chunks.Tiny wood pieces and alot of sawdust.Not what I wanted nor what I should have received.

I am very disappointed, this is mostly a bag of saw dust. Nothing in here bigger than about 15mm across. This won't smoke anything, it will just burn away.I'll stick to buying Weber next time.

Hello, I don't know if this has reached you, but smoking any food with moldy wood is not healthy and if you think that the stench of moldy wood is what gives the food a bad smell, get it checked, because for the second time I got wood from you that smelled like mold
