These are good but they seem to eat them like sweets after a while, any stronger ones available?

They work. No resistance.
I have occasional rat invasions into my garden. Keep baited traps out there, and use these blocks to bait them. No rodents have developed resistance to this poison, which is fast acting. Couldn’t be happier.
