Portable Oxygen Concentrator Device for Travel & Driving & RV living Use

I was excited about ordering this oxygen oxygenator to have around the home to help my wife get extra oxygen on her blood. Oxygen level was low. So we were looking forward to receiving it and having this safety available when needed. As soon as the product arrived, it looked good in the box, there was no external damages.I proceeded to open the box and inspect everything which look to be in good order. Clean and in sanitized individual packages.I read the entire owners manual and proceeded to try the unit out. We put distilled water in the reservoir up to the line as instructed by the manual.I press the power button and the unit turns on, bubbles start forming in the reservoir, and a robust breeze of concentrated oxygen came out of the tube.The unit ran one time for a total time of five hours, and then the next time we try to turn it on, the display would all light up and beep. With no operation.So I push the button again and I noticed you can feel a thump as the compressor tries to rotate, but instead the display blinks and goes beep and does not turn on.If I hit the power button 15 to 20 times eventually it will turn on but I am pretty sure this is not the way it was designed to work.Very disappointed that on over $300 item would be so short-lived. When you pay that much money for something you expect it to be of quality and to last a long time. Unfortunately my experience with this item lasted five hours. The customer service dept was very professional, and courteous. They issued a full refund, apologized for the experience I had and assured me that they value my opinion. They will strive to provide a quality home medical device.Life happens, it’s a machine and thing happens on the inside that’s out of there control. I would purchase this device again. It worked just like I expected, compact, quiet and loved the dual port. Actually, I really like it. It’s perfect for what intended to use it for.

Heaveir, and larger than other units I've seen. Also No compartment to hold battery pack. Comes without any internal battery. It does work ok with cigarlighter plugin a vehicle.

I purchased this oxygen concentrator hoping to help my grandma cope better with the respiratory illness. At first, all was well and the machine was running very smoothly. However, after less than 2 weeks of use, she started to notice some minor problems with the machine. According to her, in the morning, she would test the oxygen levels, but the oxygen levels could not be maintained throughout the night, indicating that the internal parts of the machine had started to fail.As time went on, the problem got worse. The efficiency of the machine gradually declined, and she became more and more dependent on the machine, but it kept breaking down. I am very frustrated and disappointed because this machine is expensive and I am counting on it to help my grandma.However, bigger problems emerged. In one catastrophic failure, the machine short-circuited, causing it to burn out.The last time she planned to use the machine again, albeit with a reduced concentration. However, when she turned on the switch as usual, the machine made a strange sound for a moment. Then she saw sparks from the plug and could smell a burning smell and the machine stopped working instantly! I realized that the machine might have shorted out and burned out, much to my dismay!I realize that this problem is very serious, because I have spent a lot of time and money to solve this problem. I am very frustrated and disappointed that this machine did not give me the desired results.I feel helpless and confused because I don't know what to do to fix this problem.Now, I can only hope that this machine will give me a full refund so that I can get a better machine from a more reliable dealer.

This product works as advertised and appears to be well made. It comes with an automobile adapter and an a/c plug. Amazon offers an inexpensive 4 hour battery that works great, but I have not timed how long it will actually power the unit.I purchased a mesh bag to carry the unit and while I think it is too bulky to carry in a backpack, it’s easy to carry it for my wife for short distances.Bottom line is that you can pay much more for a smaller unit, but this is unit does the job.

My oxygen concentrator has been experiencing leakage and insufficient oxygen supply recently, which has made me very worried. I rely on it every day to provide sufficient oxygen to help me cope with breathing problems. But now, its instability makes me feel uneasy.At first, I only noticed some minor issues, such as the equipment making strange noises from time to time. But as time passed, the situation became worse and worse. Leakage makes the oxygen generator unsafe, and the oxygen supply decreases, making me feel shortness of breath.I tried to contact the manufacturer of the oxygen concentrator, but they didn't seem to care much about it. This makes me feel helpless. I need it to sustain my life, but it cannot solve the problem. I have decided to seek help from doctors, hoping that they can provide some solutions.While waiting for the doctor's response, I began searching for backup oxygen production equipment. Fortunately, I have found a reliable supplier who promises to provide a new oxygen concentrator as soon as possible. Although doing so has increased my burden, I cannot take the risk of using problematic equipment.Now, I can only hope that the doctor and the new oxygen generator can help me solve this long-standing problem. I hope to return to normal life as soon as possible and regain confidence in the oxygen concentrator, as it is crucial to my life.
