Not bad but also not the greatest. Good for those who want something fragrance free but hard to tell if it actually works or not

PUREFY THE DUDE SPRAY is a good alternative to your classic deodorant, especially if you're trying to avoid potentially harmful chemicals. Hypochlorous is a hospital grade deodorant and antiseptic that gently kills odor causing bacteria. The very minimal scent reminds me of how your skin smells right after rinsing off after a day in the swimming pool. This solution does a great job of removing odor and keeping it away for a while. It isn't as effective at keeping odor away as many deodorants, but it does stop odor that is already there. I also like to use it after shaving to soothe and disinfect my skin. This arrived just in time for a 4-day camping trip. My dude was unable to stay odor free during either of two 2-day showerless intervals in some heat despite using deodorant after the showers and Dude Spray the next day. On the first attempt, he applied the spray himself and admitted that it wasn’t easy to aim the nozzle at his pits, so I gave each of his armpits 4 pumps on the next try. It is not clear whether the spray helped, since the body odor was mild, but we were hoping for odor elimination, as advertised. At least it caused no skin irritation. The instructions say to reapply when necessary, so more frequent application may possibly produce better results. At the current $10 per bottle pricing, I was hoping for more.

The only time I can see using this would be for a very quick application when I don't have time to take care of any body odor properly with a proper shower & deodorant, e.g. if I cycled somewhere or went for a mid-day workout and needed to get back to work right away. It does minimize the smell and I like that it has no fragrance of its own, so nobody need know that you've used it (and possibly think you're lazy or unwashed), but it's obviously no substitute for a proper hygiene regimen. As stated it's not an antiperspirant so it won't help stop sweating in the first place, but if you're self-conscious that you may be a little stinky, these will help save the day.

I have not tried this product on shaved areas so I cannot speak to the claims of natural healing.

I sprayed this on the pits of my stinky little cousin, and he knows that he can get stinky midway into the day. Unfortunately, the dude spray doesn't seem to help a whole lot even with some more reapplication to his arm pits. The spray was totally unscented, which being one of the key ingredients, is purified water made it seem like it is just a water spritzer with some light amounts of aloe and an antimicrobial solution. Maybe this would work for the very mild odor people but not for my cousin.

Works on even the most sensitive and eczema prone skin! My husband tends to get eczema around the outer edge of armpits and back of neck when wearing ball caps and he says it doesn’t sting or burn at all when applied. Side note- it keeps his ballcaps smelling fresh without having to constantly wash them. 👍🏻 Keep in mind that it’s not a deodorant/antiperspirant… it doesn’t keep you from sweating. But it does help to neutralize the smell of sweat…great for taking to the gym if you’re unable to take a shower before leaving. Good size for travel. A great way to freshen up after a long flight. At first I thought his seemed a bit pricey, but now that I’ve discovered all of the effective ways to use it I’m sold. There’s no fragrance- one of the 3 ingredients is aloe and I can barely faintly smell that, but my husband says he can’t smell anything at all. 🤷🏼‍♀️👍🏻👍🏻
