Instructions vague
Instructions on how to install are vague. However, once cameras are installed, and the nvr is set up, the walk through instructions are pretty easy to follow. I had to call tech support twice. They are very helpful! On the app, there is a password length restriction, on the nvr, there is not. So my passwords weren't compatible at first. But tech support got that worked out. Warning: cameras are VERY sensitive to motion. I've had to turn them all the way down to stop false alarms. Picture quality is amazing. I had to fool with the system for nearly a half day until I got it where I wanted it. The written instructions could be MUCH better.

La calidad de las camaras muy bueno el cable me parece demasiado simple y espero que no se dañe a corto plazo.Inconveniente y preocupacionEl software swann security la transmision es muy lento dentro de la casa incluso en una calidad baja de 640x480 es curioso que sea lento ya que cuando se usa el VLC la imagen es mas fluida.Mi preocupacion es que al parecer para ver una camara en mi casa tenga que conectarme a algun servidor en la nube y este a su vez se conecte a mi casa lo cual estaria bien si estoy fuera de mi casa por facilidad de coneccion y claro espero que tengan todas las medidas de seguridad para hacer esto.
