Very good product, I am not hairdresses, my natural hait are about level 5 (medium brown) it was easy to use but it didnt lift my hair 5 levels as sugested I was mixed it with developer 20vol maybe I should use stronger one to achieve lighter colour ,,,,end effect beautifull warm honey blonde... stongly recomend if you like warm tones... if you looking for ash cool colour I would not use it.
