Artificial sugars trigger my migraines and diluting Gatorade is still too high in calories and not very tasty. Gatorlyte powder is nice. It’s my new, when in need, hydration electrolyte go to. I mix one 45 calorie packet in my 32oz water bottle and never find any issues with its mixability. (I just shake my water bottle once or twice). It’s tasty enough that the residue/remnants lightly flavor my following refill. Of the three flavors available in the powder form I love cherry lime the best and watermelon next. I dislike the orange. I found it had a weird soapy taste. On the other hand, my son really likes the orange. So, a Low sugar happy hydration for me and my son!

I've been told I need more electrolytes. I just dump a small amount into the bottom of a glass and run water into the glass and it dissolves easily. The variety pack ensures I can enjoy different flavors and not get bored with a single one.

Good product. Will never taste the same as the premade bottle but very close. *** personal mix is 3/4 mix and a 500ml bottle water. Otherwise, it’s too sweet.
