I have a LOT of Norma Kamali pieces....some from Normal Kamali, some Karma Culture and even some from the Norma Kamali collection that Walmart used to carry. All are simple, well-made and look brand-new, even years later. I needed a simple dress to wear to a gala with a truly giant statement necklace....everything was too fussy, had the wrong neckline, was to "naked" or had a slit all the way up the thigh. Spotted this one online...simple, can wear regular bra (need a plunge bra, but it worked!), no annoying slits and stretch velvet. Fit perfectly with no alterations, length was great (I'm 5'7") with moderate heels and its stretchy and comfortable. Got tons of compliments and I actually won a big award while wearing it, so I'll always remember this dress!

Great dress! True to size. Be sure to order some boob tape so everything stays put!

I love this gown and couldn’t find it anywhere else. Purchased to wear as a guest to a wedding. I knew I’d need the length taken up, but with the additional alterations, it cost $80. The shoulder seam had come apart and the adhesive at the neckline had come undone. The tailor also suggested adding some binding to help give structure to the neckline.

This is probably one of the worst dresses I’ve ever ordered. The V neck line ended up going all the way to my belly button and the shoulders were huge. The fabric was soft but felt really cheap. The stitching was some of the worst I’ve ever seen. I’m about 5’2” and 102lb I ordered the smallest size and it was so big on me.

I loved the color of dress. Very comfortable and strechy. Simple but elegant.

This dress is exactly what I expected. It is long and fitted, with a lot of give. Super flattering. I ordered a small and it fits perfectly.

Dress is not worth $150...material is costume grade purple velvet. Does not look expensive or rich-it looks tacky. I was very excited to receive this but when I took it out of the cheap plastic packaging the hems were not finished and it looked very poorly made. I returned it and opted not to wear.
