Make sure you know what you're buying - I didn't read the long description and presumed this was the normal book. But it's a small-sized abridged version. Fine if that what you're after, but if you're buying this for nostalgia, seek out the full-sized one.Amazon could do a much better job of clarifying that this is not the original...

Nice little story of Madeline who ends up in hospital having her appendix removed, much to the envy of her fellow school-mates.
