These work very well for me and I am sensitive to melatonin. They help me get longer better sleep and stay asleep during the night which I have a problem with staying asleep all night. These helped very much. I will repurchase in fact I purchased the extra strength ones and they were not satisfactory. They ended up giving me stress dreams and they were too strong. Once I used these up I will go back to the regular strength. Just something to keep in mind. I hope it helps anyone else with these problems

I'm disappointed. I thought it was safe to try these sleep patches. I'm familiar with the ingredients. The description sounded risk-free. Amazon is usually wonderful about returning items. Why not try, right? Wrong. I used my first patch last night, following their instructions to the letter. I could tell immediately that they had an odor, but it was not a chemical order, more like an essential oil odor, but not a light, flowery or gingery or pleasant (to me) smell. I woke up in the night with my head FILLED with the smell, and that was the end of my sleep. I immediately got online to return the item and it's not returnable. WHAT?? I read how other people had a dickens of a time getting in touch with the company for a refund. I read the entire product description, twice, and still didn't see anything about "all sales final". Maybe I'm just stupid or blind, but I still don't see it. I'm willing to take down this review, or modify it, if I can get a refund.Had I known this was going to be an ordeal, I wouldn't have bought TWO x $20 packages. I was going to experiment with these with one of my children. Hers is a separate order, shipped to a different state. Am I going to have to do this twice if she doesn't like hers? I told her about my experience, and if she didn't open her package she could send it back and it would be resellable.I've wasted $20 ($40 if my child doesn't like it) before, but I would have appreciated knowing the risk before spending the money.Now I have to rinse out my sinuses and wash my bedding to get rid of the smell or I'll have a terrible day and another sleepless night. It's not just a waste of money, it's been a waste of an hour so far today (and it's not even 8 am) and more time to clean up the mess.

I like the convenience but they didn't 100% work. Some nights I use a patch and I'm awake 4 hours later. Also. These are ridiculously over priced. At first they were $29, then $34 now $49. Whether you take a sleeping pill or patch, its still putting meds in your body. My doctor prescribes me Tramadol 90 pills for $10. I wake refreshed. Outweighing $10 for 90 days over $49 for 90 days. I will never spend $49 for a thin patch. Pharmaceutical companies are greedy.

I don't like taking [sleeping] pills or even over the counter sleep aids but having chronic insomnia will make you experiment with options. After trying this for approximately one month, I've noticed a positive change in sleeping habits: I actually get sleepy, go to bed earlier and always dream. I'm experimenting placing the patch on different parts of the body; my right wrist bruised for a week; left arm and thighs had no problem w/bruising. I believe the patches will become more effective after longer use. My only complaint is the package only contains 28 patches when there are 30-31 days in the month. C'mon Wellamoon....at least give us a full month's supply!

I don't take any sleep meds but I tried this product my wife uses quite a bit it works pretty good I started taking the gummies but gave me somewhat of a hangover effect. This product works well and does not give me that effect. The cloth patch works the best I put it on the inside of my forearm if you have fur bearing arms men !!! you may want to try your wrist or back of your hand its like pulling/ripping off a bandaid in the morning but that's the only drawback they will not fall or peel off unless you use moisturizer at night then it won't stick. skin just has to be clean and dry to work best !
