Difficult to fault
Definitely lightweight and cheaper than most others with good quality finish. I can't say of it's easy to clean because I can't imagine even needing to clean a kettle it's just lovely shiny blue that's what attracted me and it's kept its colour after a week of boiling. The only slight issue I'd say is it takes a little longer to boil than my pan and lid I was using before so maybe the lightweight loses some conductivity? But I'm still super happy as it's so much cheaper than boiling an electric kettle. Win win.

Great little kettle
I needed a kettle for my gas hob and this one fits the bill well. Good price, loud whistle and once I remembered how long a hob kettle normally takes, quite quick. Slight issue for me was it’s a bit less dark blue in real life than picture online and on box but still a good colour.

light weight kettle
light weight; adequate volume for one or two people in general use. Whistle perhaps coud be just a wee bit louder... Lid is a little tight to remove/replace but better than being to loose? The handle folds down to one side for easier filling; Just remember to place it upright again before putting on the hob - otherwise it can get a little warm...Cheaper to use on a gas hob than an electric plug in kettle.; and can be used on a wood burner too of course.....

Camping kettle
Light and durable. Used extensively on my last camping trip, without fault.

Very noisy
The media could not be loaded. Very noisy while heating up. Imagine what your neighbour thinks.

Super
This little kettle is fab. The colour is more of a purpley blue than an electric blue but that depends on who is looking at it ! I have been using mine several times a day every day for about a month now and it is great. There is no damage or discolouration to the paint work which was a complaint that I frequently read in reviews of other more expensive hob kettles. My top tip for using this type of hob kettle is.... don't over fill it. I only ever fill mine a third of the way max otherwise you will find that the handle gets hot and it takes a long time to boil. Just get used to only boiling what you need. If you need to make more than 3-4 cups of tea at a time buy a larger kettle. A 2.5 litre kettle is not meant to have 2.5 litres of water in it which is a mistake that many people seem to make and results in frustration because it will take forever to boil and the handle will get really hot. Buy a kettle with a wider base and a bigger capacity. However this kettle is perfect for me as I rarely need to make more than 4 cups at a time. It is small and neat to look at and I quite fancy another one just because they look so nice and the electric blue is still a bit purple to me .

Excellent money saving product
I ordered this in order to save money, as my electric kettle sent my smart meter through the roof! It’s fantastic, boils quickly, whistle when it boils is not to loud, even my cats aren’t bothered by it. It’s also nostalgic , love it
