Kenwood SB050 Blade Assembly, Rubber, Grey

Brought my kenwood blender/juicer back to life. Juicer wasn’t spinning just making a noise, was about to bin it a read the mechanism in the cap goes and the base can't turn the blades. Ordered this blade and lid assembly and unscrewed my old one put on this and we are back to juicing - the last one went for 5+ years. This saved the machine going to landfill, well worth the purchase

Blade assembly was a perfect match to my broken part, even had the same serial number stamped on the inside. Works a treat. Great way to save your fave smoothie maker and a lot cheaper than purchasing new. Hopefully will get another 10 - 15 years out of the blender now. Delivery was excellent, arrived within 3 days of order and really well packaged. Very happy, thank you.

I was looking for a replacement blender on Amazon after the seal on my Kenwood smoothie maker finally gave up. I've had it for probably 10yrs and had all sorts in it. These days it mostly gets used daily for Iced coffee by 2 family members so we were gutted when it suddenly died. Really pleased to find replacement parts, but that's the added benefit of buying from long standing companies like Kenwood in the first place. I also found extra mugs for it and ordered one of those too as one of ours had broken. Still cheaper than replacing the whole thing. Perfect!

Product will need to be used a few times for the new threads to bed in smoothly which is to be expected when fitting to an older cup. Slight burning smell the first few times used which again is expected as high speed blade beds in. Works perfectly now and saved me having to buy a new blender.
