While I was pregnant with my son, I needed to keep my iron levels up. I took these along with my gummy prenatal vitamins. My gummy vitamins did not have any iron in them so I came across these in my search. I ended up buying this particular kind of iron because they were non-constipating. I’m so glad I did. I continue to use them every day even though I’m not pregnant anymore.

This is the only iron supplement for me that doesn't give me the gross iron burps or makes my stomach hurt or makes me have weird bathroom issues. I take it, and then it's like I don't know I even took it. Have been donating blood and they said my iron levels are great now.

easy to swallow

3 of these a week took care of my very mild anemia. I tried to give blood twice and was turned down for that reason, but last blood test was fine. These are gentle on the stomach. I do recommend them.

Was really happy to find this dose of Iron in. something other than a gummy. I truly dislike liver and all the gummies I have found left a liver aftertaste and I just couldn't keep taking them. This is a very easy capsule to take.

As a woman, I bleed buckets every month. I also donate blood regularly. All this causes one to become a bit anemic here and there, so I take iron pills to avoid the lightheadedness from a lack of iron in my blood. This one has worked the best for me personally because it doesn't hurt my stomach and it's just enough iron to work (again, for me personally). I've tried other iron pills with more iron (like 27 or 28 mg) and those made my stomach hurt a bit.

Decided to try iron biglycinate after ferritin levels came back low. I wanted to start at a lower dose so 18mg was a good option. I won't know if my levels came back up just yet but so far no unpleasant side effects.
