Great book about starting school…
Great lift the flap book which gives kids an insight to what starting school is like, my son loves it and can’t wait to start school in September :-)

Good book
I was expecting a bigger book in size and with more details but overall it is a good book.

Really good 😀
Our 3 year old really likes this book and keeps going back to it asking lots of questions. Has a great understanding about school and what ages groups go to which school and why 👍🏼

Great for 4-5 year olds
Really well illustrated with pop up windows. Simply explaining 1st day at school. This was for my friend's son, she was really pleased with it, as she has other books in the series from the same author. Good gift, well received.

Great prep for school
Great preparation book for LOs starting school. We read a few times before school started then again after he had started to compare what it’s like at his school, different things in the playground etc. lovely little book.

Usborne always makes beautiful books but the visual can sometimes be a bit cluttered, heavy on the eyes for younger ones. It isn't the case here. It's super engaging, bright and cleared colored and all the flaps to lift make it extremely engaging. My 3 year old whose quite advanced in literacy enjoys it tremendously and that's very helpful as he isn't very keen on going to school. He spent 15 minutes with his dad the other day discussing different jobs dogs could do by going to school. Love it!

Excellent book. It helped my prep child a lot

Too boring with lot of explanation for simple questions. My child doesn't find the boom interesting while she is a book lover herself
