Great headset
This headset is very comfortable and is suitable for those who wear glasses as they don’t begin to hurt after using them for a while. The sound quality is amazing and good for playing games, the mic works really well. The mic is also detachable which is useful for when u want to use the headphones normally.

Awful and missing the dongle
Utterly terrible, no usb inside box and will not charge. Bought as a gift for my son's birthday who received them this week and they don't work and don't have the Bluetooth dongle.
