It is a little bit of work to assemble , but the instructions were simple and clear. I love that it came with extra parts. It fits perfectly in my entryway and it looks amazing! I have 3 toddlers and was worried about it not tilting but it’s very sturdy & pretty heavy. The storage pace is great and fits a lot of our shoes definitely get your moneys worth.

I have purchased three of these. They are very sturdy and attractive. I have a white one that is perfect in my closet for my shoes (size 11). My husband's size 12 also fit in there but just have to be turned at a slight angle. My old unit did not have doors and the shoes got dusty, so this unit solves that problem. The top has sides so I can put items on top and they don't fall off. I have the brown and black unit in my guest room and use it to hold the television because it is tall and sturdy. I use the shelves for extra clothes storage. I bought one unit for my sister and she uses it in her bedroom for shoes (size 12) and she loves hers also.

I received this product, and right off the bat, I noticed that the package came torn on one side (as shown in the picture). I was initially concerned that some pieces might be broken, but to my relief, everything was intact. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the process smoother.However, I was missing the Allen wrench that was supposed to come in the package. Fortunately, I had a spare that worked perfectly. It took me about 2.5 hours to put the unit together with the occasional help of another person. A feature I really appreciated was the inclusion of extra screws in case any got lost during assembly.Once assembled, I noticed a slight gap between the left cabinet door and the unit, though it’s not very noticeable from a distance. The soft-close doors were a great touch and added a smooth, high-quality feel to the overall product.I deducted one star because of the gap in the door and the fact that the product was marketed as able to hold 25 pairs of shoes. In reality, it can only hold about 15 pairs comfortably, which was a bit of a disappointment as I was hoping for more storage.If you’re looking for a shoe cabinet that holds around 10-15 pairs of shoes, this is a solid option.

This piece is absolutely gorgeous. The quality of the materials are outstanding and sold and sturdy. The cabinet is exactly as pictured. The instructions were clear and assembly was easy. I was not only impressed with the product but also the service I received. 10/10 would definitely recommend this beautiful cabinet and if I am ever in need of any other products I will check this manufacturer first before I buy from anyone else. I originally received a previous return item that was missing several pieces. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a whole new unit at no cost. Amazing customer service. I’m so very impressed.

Read the directions first and be patient this is not real wood and will be unforgiving if you don’t pay attention to what you are doing. I did this by myself and it is heavy so I did the assembly where the cabinet was going to be. I loved the look and functionality of this. It held all my shoes. I wear a women’s size 7. The design is nice and mrasurents were ideal for our entry hall. It was a bad sign that the cardboard package arrived with dents and scratches. The left panel was dented. The instructions are inadequate, and this piece was complicated to assemble between two adults. This is the hardest and only unsuccessful piece of furniture we've ever dealt with. We put it together after hours of struggling, assembling, and disassembling it. Ultimately, the right panel won't latch, and the whole thing is crooked. Beware that the buyer pays for the shipping return $$$. Packaging all the pieces and hauling the heavy box to UPS is also a hassle. Do yourself a huge favor: don't waste your $$ buying this.

Looks great. Instruction though wasn’t really clear. But still built it up for 2 hrs.

Bought this for our front door to organize our shoes. They were a great addition and look amazing. They fit z lot of shoes as well. We had an issue with both but customer service was amazing and offers a resolution quick. I would recommend buying it.
