I bought this breathing necklace to help me stop vaping. It takes some getting used to (timing the breathing) but I can see how it would give me something to do instead of vaping. The shape is nice and the chain sturdy.It’s much better quality than the 2 pack I bought for my partner and hopefully it will help me replace a nasty habit with good old air!The packaging wasn’t amazing but it didn’t really need to be and the item arrived quickly, which is what counts!

No resistance on the drag unless you partially cover the end with your finger, so not the best as a vaping substitute.

Overrated
I purchased this as a lady in DBT group mentioned it. I was hoping it would help as I went from not smoking to vaping due to a breakdown. I vape zero nicotine and thought this is ideal replacement. Unfortunately it did nothing for me. I wouldn’t purchase again

It’s just like sucking on a metal straw! Don’t waste your money, grab a straw instead, suck or chew on that to help cravings!
