The price was right. It was easy to take and no after taste. The effects was great. I had a lot of energy I could think clearer etc. I know this is a good qaulity vitamin due to the way I felt and I didn't have an upset stomach. Great Vitamin to take.

I love Solaray products because of the fantastic and clean ingredients. I especially love they offer larger quantity, and still remain 1 per serving.While some companies trick the consumer, and it seems like you are getting more for your money, but the serving size says "4 per serving," Solaray is pretty cool I guess.

The ingredients are very top quality and the energy it gives you is just what it be complex should do. Smell is very mild in comparison to Most B complexes.
